Glowing Turquoise Blue Mermaid Halloween Makeup Look

Am I literally glowing? Nah, not really. However, as you loves know, or you new Jeaniez will learn, each Halloween I like to recreate a few staple looks. One staple is a mermaid! Last year, I had done a purple all over color base that was beyond glittery and almost had a gradient blue touch. As my makeup style has evolved, and so have my color preferences, this year’s mermaid look is all about the deep sea vibes, with ethereal “look this way” hints! Personally, I opted out of adding scales, or any prints, simply because I felt it would ruin the aesthetic of this entire inspo of a look. While of course, you can add an all over bluish tint to your skin, or perhaps you can add scales with lace, I felt the simpler style accented my hand-made seashell bra best, and gave off the correct message I wanted to portray! Remember this is a HALLOWEEN makeup look. Have fun, and go all out!
