Graphic Eyeliner w/ Anastasia Beverly Hills Madison Liquid Lipstick

OOOOOH MYYY GOOODDNESS! Thank you Jeaniez for your love and support last night. I truly wasn’t expecting you guys to jump on my new hair color, but I suppose natural is the way to go! Speaking of hair, stay tuned I am still typing the experiences post, along with inserting little blips I wrote down as the days went on within each color. That said, hold ya’ horses, I will notify you loves when the blog post will be live a few hours before! It truly is amazing, however, on that topic, how hair can change you. I mean, my creativity was gone. All I was doing consisted of brown smokey eyes…maybe a droplet of color here and there! Now, I feel SO free, and UBER creative. In fact, today photoed here is a lovely graphic eyeliner style with bold lips. This is perfect for those who want an extra “OOMPH”, but yet want to still look chic and presentable!  Read below for details on each product used XOXO.

Shea Moisture – 100% Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Foundation is a custom blend, I produced
(used to spot conceal, not as an all over base)

Anastasia Beverly Hills – Liquid Lipstick, Madison

I chose a plum like magenta lipstick, however a nude or even a red lip can look quite dashing! Preference is everything!!

Anastasia Beverly Hills – Dipbrow Pomade, Blonde

Sephora Collection – Waterproof Eyeliner, Black Lace

Alright, so I typically use Sephora’s Black Lace Waterproof Eyeliner! The tip is sharp, the formula is phenomenal, and the price you can’t beat for lower “high end”. To create this eyeliner shape, begin by forming your typical cat wing style. That means pressing down from your inner corners and dragging your eyeliner of choice to a flick! From there, following a downward curve, touch your brush to the end of the first cat line, and from the tip, dip the line down, and curve it naturally UPWARDS to follow the natural crease shape. Another method of doing this is by starting from the center lid, and working with one “cut crease” line flick out, and connecting it to a secondary formed cat wing. It all depends on your preference! Try doing this with a colored eyeliner or eye shadow if you’re feeling more avant-garde and fun ;).

Urban Decay Cosmetics – 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil, Demolition

L’Oreal Makeup – Voluminous Carbon Black Volume Building Mascara
Urban Decay Cosmetics – Perversion Mascara
I did indeed try this makeup look out WITH false eyelashes, but I looked foolish and like a little clown. BOO! Instead, I double layered my mascara, and actually achieved a beautiful and DARK outcome that made my eyes POP.
Spread the love
