Reddish Plum Smokey Eyes W/ Metallic Lips

First off, welcome back my lovely Jeaniez! Second, uhhh, how is it possible that I’ve had these bareMinerals Luxe Lippies for a few months now and haven’t used ONE since I received them? Yeah, I am shaking my head, too. Inspired by the shade named ‘Elite’ I put together a reddish plum toned makeup look with metallic reflects, and golden laced sheens! I hope you loves enjoy, and much as I enjoyed working with the different textures and formulas. Please note beforehand this look will NOT be suitable for those with oily eyelids, or for those living in humid conditions. However, there always is a way to switch things around, so whenever you see a little -> *boop*, that means it’s my suggestion to replace a certain product! For example, I used a cream eyeshadow as my lid base AND as my lid color. For most this is a no-no, and a struggle to work with! Under the cream eyeshadow product will be a “->” that’ll have a dupe with a different texture, but close color. ENJOY XOXO!

(used to spot conceal, not as an all over base)
bareMineralsStatement Luxe Shine Lipstick, Elite

Anastasia Beverly Hills – Dipbrow Pomade, Caramel

Revlon – Illuminance Creme Shadow, Wild Orchids: Shade 1 (center of lids for dimension and as a base), Shade 4 (applied onto the lids)
-> For these shades, I suggest the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette as ‘Love Letter’ and ‘Venetian Red’ mixed make for a MATTE reddish plum option to replace Shade 4. Also, the lipstick shade above makes for a great eyeshadow color! It is a mix more “matte” compared to these creamy shadows.
Stila Cosmetics – Eyes Are the Window Shadow Palettes: Spirit – Puppy (crease), Pigalle (inner v, lower lash lines), Espresso (definition, lower lash lines), Kitten (highlight)
NYX Cosmetics – Jumbo Eye Pencil, Black Bean
Black bean was taken across my waterlines, and up across my upper lash lines! I prefer to smoke things out with a black eye pencil, but you can use an eyeshadow for a matter finish.
